Hi, I'm Domi. Garden Bakery was born from my belief that delicious pastries don't have to compromise your values or your wellbeing. More than six years ago, I started experimenting in my workshop in Quito, searching for recipes that would taste just as good as the classics — but with no animal-derived ingredients.
Every product that leaves my workshop is made with carefully chosen ingredients — no dairy, no eggs, nothing from animals. I believe the best food is what brings people together at the same table, regardless of their preferences or dietary restrictions. Here, there truly are desserts for everyone!
